Evening at Floataway Cafe to benefit Sustainability Initiatives at Emory

Please join Chefs Anne Quatrano, Clifford Harrison and Drew Belline for dinner at Floataway Café on Thursday, November 6, for a special celebration of sustainability as part of Emory University’s Office of Sustainability Initiatives and the Educational Food Gardens. Twenty percent of the proceeds from the night’s dinner will be donated directly to the Office of Sustainability Initiatives and Educational Food Gardens, which was founded in fall 2006 to collaborate with the academic and operational units of Emory University to integrate sustainability into the University’s curriculum and operations, including energy, water, waste, transportation, food, recycling, greenbuilding and greenspace.
