 Last month, Emory hosted candidates for Atlanta's mayoral election at a lively debate in the Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church auditorium. Roughly 300 Clifton Community neighbors packed the pews to hear ideas and suggestions for balancing the city's budget, combating crime and a host of other issues the incoming mayor will inherit. The upcoming City of Atlanta Municipal General Election will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 3, with polls open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Election Day.
