 What: Regional Transportation Referendum Forum
Why: Next year, residents of the Atlanta region will have the opportunity to generate new transportation funding by voting for a penny sales tax. Local elected officials are working with residents to develop a draft list of priority projects throughout the region that would be funded with the new revenue. They need additional input before the final list is delivered in October. Residents are encouraged to participate in person or online.
When: Wednesday, Sept. 28 from 6 -- 8 p.m.
